How to make the most out of your mornings ⛅

Mornings are definitely not everyone’s favorite time of the day, because mornings are early but most importantly mornings are a sign of a fresh start and new beginnings. Am not even about to ask you to be a morning person because we’re all different and different things works for us, we all have our preferences and it’s beautiful, It makes us, us. I am here, however, to encourage and enlighten us on how to make the most out of our day of which mornings are vital as it sets the tone for the day!

How can you make the most out of your morning?

Here are a couple of things to help😚

🦄. First of you need to decide within yourself that you are going to wake up not just wake up but try to wake up early. Now studies have shown that the successful person wakes up early. Why does he/she wake up early you might ask?

1…Do you know that waking up early reduces your stress level? Well, it does and it makes you feel refreshed. Like the proverb says the early bird catches the worm.

2… Getting up early gives you a kickstart for the day and sets you ahead.

3… Waking up early can only mean one thing that you go to bed early too.

🦄 After you must have decided you’re going to wake up early you need to create a routine for yourself. I personally have a routine that works for me and I try to stick to it. Every successful person has a routine because it keeps them in check and that way they’re not confused about what to be doing. 🦄 Discipline: yeah, discipline because in order to stick to this you have to be disciplined to see desired results.

🦄 Eat breakfast: of course, am gonna mention food😅. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. When you sleep for 8 or more hours you don’t eat so it’s important to replenish our body with breakfast. People tend to skip this probably because they are fasting, on a diet, etc but if you’re not do not skip breakfast because it makes your mornings too.

🦄 Enjoy it and have fun with it: You really don’t have to be grouchy about waking up. Waking up early is fun and packed with lots of benefits and it makes you productive! So give it a try and you’re welcome 😉
