Do you have sudden irritable mood swings that just immediately put you in a bad mood? Or does something just puts you off? Well you are not alone, I’ve felt like that the entire week and making me not be able to do anything except this blog post(lol), anyways here are three (3) tips to help you out, they have helped me out and am positive it works!
๐ฆ Take a bath:
I know it sounds cliche but the idea of you taking a bath and washing your body could mentally help. How you may ask? Well, it helps you mentally also just wash away your stress and helps you relax more. You’re focused because you just want to clean your body.
๐ฆDo your skincare and wear clean clothes:
Taking care of your body is love. You love your body and you wanna look good because It boosts your confidence. And once again you’re just focused on it. You wear clean clothes because you feel fresh and clean. You could wear anything as long as you feel comfortable in it.
๐ฆSleep!
Whatever is wrong with you or putting you in a bad mood, you could deal with later when you’re less stressed out and in a refreshed state of mind. God knows I will give any excuse just to sleep! Sleeping is so therapeutic: it helps you rest and be calm when you finally wake up. Plus when you sleep,you’re not thinking of anything at all your body, mind, spirit is also resting which is wonderful!
